Presenter Guidelines
Guidelines for presenting authors are published with the programme on 19 February 2027. This page states what is already decided and what will follow, so that nothing has to be guessed.

Oral presentations
Talks are grouped in thematic sessions and chaired by a session chair who keeps the time. The duration of contributed and invited talks, the projection format and the way to load slides are published with the programme.
Poster presentations
Posters are presented in dedicated sessions with time for discussion at the poster. Board dimensions, orientation and the time of the sessions are published with the programme. A poster is a peer-reviewed presentation of the same contribution, published in the same proceedings as a talk.
Before you travel
- Check that the presenting author recorded at submission is the person who will present; write to the organisers if this has changed.
- Complete the registration that covers the paper.
- Request an invitation letter early if you need a visa.
- Read the guidelines published with the programme on 19 February 2027.
