Important Dates
Six dates carry the conference, from the opening of the call to the closing session in Athens. The registration periods and the payment deadline for presenting authors are on the registration page.

Deadlines are the end of the day, Athens time (Eastern European Time). The opening of registration, fees and the programme details are announced on this website and by email.
What each date means
- Call for Papers opens
Contributions are invited on every topic of the scientific scope. Contributed papers are two to four pages, invited contributions at least one page, with the official AES 2027 template and uploaded as PDF. Proposals for symposia and special sessions are welcome from this date.
- Submission deadline
Last day to upload a manuscript through the author portal. The paper submitted for review is the paper published: there is no separate final-paper submission afterwards.
- Notification of acceptance
Authors receive the decision of the technical programme committee. The oral or poster assignment may follow separately, once the programme is drafted.
- Early registration closes
Last day for the early rate. Registration opens after the notification of acceptance, on a date announced on the site and by email. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present it; one paid registration may cover a maximum of two accepted papers for which the registrant is a co-author.
- Programme published
The detailed programme is published, with the session list, the presenting authors and the presenter guidelines.
- Conference
Four days at the War Museum of Athens, Rizari 2–4, next to Evangelismos metro station.
