Create a submission, upload the PDF, enter the metadata and confirm. A submission can be withdrawn and resubmitted before the deadline.

Author Portal
The AES 2027 author portal is where contributions are submitted, tracked and, after acceptance, connected to registration. It is open: submissions are accepted until 20 January 2027.
Status
The author portal is open since 22 September 2026 at aesconference.org/AES27. This is the only address for AES 2027 submissions; the conference does not accept manuscripts by email.
Before the deadline of 20 January 2027 a submission can be completed, corrected or withdrawn from the same account. The portal keeps the address and files private to the authors and the editors.
Three steps to a tracked submission

Register with your name, principal institution and email. One account serves every submission, review invitation and, later, registration.

Write two to four pages with the official AES 2027 template and export a PDF.

Upload the PDF, enter the authors and the presenting author, choose the research track or session, state your presentation preference, confirm, and follow the status from the same account.

The status of each paper, the acceptance decision on 3 February 2027, and the presentation format once the programme is drafted.
One account
The same account is used to review, when invited, and is linked to registration when it opens.
What to prepare now
- the research track, symposium or special session the paper belongs to;
- every author of the manuscript, in the order printed on the PDF, with the correct spelling and accents;
- each author’s principal institution only, not the department or the postal address;
- the author who will actually present, who may not be the person submitting;
- a title and abstract identical to the manuscript, the abstract at most 50 words;
- your preferred presentation format;
- the manuscript as one PDF.
The author list and its order are fixed at submission. If a paper is submitted with an incomplete list, or in a different order from the PDF, submit a corrected new record and write to the organisers to have the original removed; entries are not edited silently after submission.
