Material submitted to AES conference should be coherent, understandable, and interesting. Only manuscripts written in English will be accepted; language must be consistent throughout.

The conference proceedings will be available through the Internet, free of charge, for viewing and printing. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources. It is assumed that by submitting a manuscript the authors consent with free distribution of their work. Authors of manuscripts published in AES proceedings retain the copyright of their articles and are free to reproduce and disseminate their work (under a Creative Commons Attribution License).

Style and Format

AES requires all manuscripts to be submitted through the on-line submission system. Manuscripts should be prepared using the Word format provided in this template but only PDF documents should be submitted. Do not modify the template layout and do not remove the headers.
