Presenters Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Each session room at AES 2026 in Catania will be equipped with a stationary computer connected to an LCD projector. Presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentation files in advance onto the session room computer. Technical assistance will be available on site if needed.
Please arrive early: presenters should report to their session room and introduce themselves to the Session Chair at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session.
The scheduled duration of presentations, including discussion time, is:
- Regular presentation: 15 minutes
- Invited presentation: 20 minutes
- Keynote talk: 30 minutes
- Plenary talk: 35 minutes
Session Chairs are requested to be present in the room at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session and to ensure that the schedule is strictly respected.
Poster Presentations
Poster presentations offer an excellent opportunity for direct and in-depth discussions with conference attendees in a more interactive setting.
Posters should be prepared in A0 format (118.9 × 84.1 cm), in portrait orientation.
Mounting instructions: pins or thumbtacks will be provided on site. Presenters are requested to mount their poster at least 30 minutes before the beginning of their poster session and to remove it promptly at the end of the session.
Authors are kindly requested to be present by their poster during the scheduled poster session in order to discuss their work with participants.
Template: Posters should preferably be prepared using the official AES 2026 poster template. Authors may also use their own poster template, provided that the official AES conference logo is clearly included.
