The Best Session Organizer Award honors session organizers whose leadership, creativity, and dedication significantly enhance the success and impact of the AES conference. This award recognizes those who curate sessions that elevate the academic and professional experience for all attendees in the field of antennas and electromagnetic systems.

All sessions will be evaluated by the AES Award Committee based on relevance, participant engagement, organization, technical depth, and overall impact. From these evaluations, a maximum of three sessions will be selected as the "Best Sessions" of the conference. Winners will be announced during the Award Ceremony at the conference banquet and will receive a cash prize, a certificate (for in-person attendees), and one complimentary banquet ticket.
