Submission Preparation Checklist
2-page summary
Each contributing author is expected to provide a 2-page summary of their work, which will be included in the conference proceedings. A 50-word abstract should be included in the summary as highlighted in the conference templates. Your abstract should be a brief summary of your paper topic. If your paper is accepted, your 50-word abstract will be included in the Conference Program.
Full-length papers
All authors whose papers (lectures or posters) are accepted for META 2025 are invited to submit an extended version for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Although submitting a full paper is optional, it is highly encouraged. Full papers should be prepared using the official conference templates. All accepted contributions at META 2025 will be published in the conference Proceedings, either as a full-length paper (if submitted before the deadline) or as a 2-page summary. The Proceedings will be assigned the ISSN number 2491-2417 and indexed by SCOPUS.
All submissions MUST meet the following requirements:
- The submission file is in PDF format.
- The text adheres to the stylistic requirements outlined in the Conference Template: 2-page summary, Full-length Paper.
