AES 2027 — official paper template

WHAT TO SUBMIT
  • A conference paper of 2 to 4 pages, submitted as PDF.
  • Authors choose the length that fits their work; both lengths are
    reviewed on the same criteria.
  • Invited contributions: 1 page minimum.
  • No manuscript may exceed four pages.
  • The paper you submit is the paper published in the proceedings —
    there is no separate final-paper deadline.
  • Abstract: 50 words maximum, without symbols or mathematics.
  • Title: no symbols, special characters or mathematics.
  • Language: English. Paper size: A4 (210 × 297 mm), two columns.

HOW TO COMPILE

  Overleaf: upload this folder and compile — no additional packages required.

SUBMISSION
  Through the AES 2027 author portal. The portal link is published on
  aesconference.org when it opens.

Accepted contributions that are presented are published in the AES Conference
Proceedings (ISSN 2491-2417), indexed in Scopus. At least one author must
register; one registration may cover up to two accepted papers for which the
registrant is a co-author.
