Full-length papers

All authors with accepted papers (lectures and posters) at AES 2023 are invited to submit an extended version of their paper for the conference proceedings. Submitting a full paper is not mandatory but is highly recommended. The full papers should be prepared with the following conference templates. 

All accepted papers at AES 2023 will be published in the conference Proceedings (full-length version, if submitted before the deadline, or abstract). The Proceedings will have an ISBN number.

Special Issues

All presented papers at AES 2023 will have opportunities for consideration for the Special Journal Issues associated with this meeting:

  

Advanced Electromagnetics

All submissions follow the same peer review process as regular papers and are published in the regular issues of the journal as soon as they are accepted.

  1. Manuscripts should be prepared using the Journal's template.
  2. Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal's online submission system.
